David E. Hallberg
has a Master's in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. Mr. Hallberg has nearly 30 years of ethanol and biofuels industry experience. In January 1981, he founded the Renewable Fuels Association in Washington, D.C. and served as its first president/CEO. Hallberg is the inventor of two method technologies, including the closed-loop process that will be licensed by the Company, US Patent 6,355,456, issued on March 12, 2002, with a 20-year term. In 2000, Hallberg was a member of the US delegation to the G8 Forum on Global Warming in Kyoto, Japan, and he serves as a Director of the Nebraska Ethanol Board, National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition, and an advisor to the Governors' Ethanol Coalition. dhallberg@primebiosolutions.com

John R. Cox
has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance & a Minor in Economics. He has spent over 20 years working in the banking industry predominately in the agri-business and financial institutions. While John was with US Bank, which is the sixth largest commercial bank in the US, he served as a Senior Vice President and Manager of US Bank’s Regional Agribusiness office in Omaha. His banking experience included financing commercial cattle feed yards, ethanol plants, grain merchandisers and elevators, dairy’s, and large row crop farmers, all located throughout the Midwest. jcox@primebiosolutions.com

Mark “Bump” Kraeger
has a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Animal Science. He has several years management experience with feed yards in the Nebraska/Kansas area including Mead Cattle Co. near Mead, NE. He has been working with PRIME since 1998 assisting with the development of our current patent technology. Patrick D. Tracy
has a degree in Ag Irrigation and Farm Management. Pat managed JES Farms, the largest privately owned irrigation system in the US for twenty years. Pat has extensive experience in farm, cattle, irrigation, nutrient, risk management, crop production and business accounting. Project & Policy Development Manager

Daniel G. Kenney
has a B.A. in Mathematics, an M.A. in Theology and spent nine years in Secondary Education as a teacher, coach and athletic director before he joined the PRIME team in early 2005. Kenney assisted Dr. Norm Anderson in completing a third party assessment on the environmental and net energy value benefits of the closed loop technology for a study sponsored by the National Commission on Energy Policy. Mary E. Hanke
has a Bachelors in Management Supervision with a minor in Accounting. She has ten years experience as Project Team Manager with Flying J Travel Plazas for new retail stores operations, training personnel in Human Resources, retail accounting, store management and associates, enforcing policies, inventory controls, accounting and auditing procedures. She has over twenty years experience in Agribusiness working within the Grain & Feed Cooperative systems and Foxley Cattle & Grain Co.
