has a Master's in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC. Mr. Hallberg has nearly 30 years of ethanol and biofuels industry experience. In January 1981, he founded the Renewable Fuels Association in Washington, D.C. and served as its first president/CEO. Hallberg is the inventor of two method technologies, including the closed-loop process that will be licensed by the Company, US Patent 6,355,456, issued on March 12, 2002, with a 20-year term. In 2000, Hallberg was a member of the US delegation to the G8 Forum on Global Warming in Kyoto, Japan, and he serves as a Director of the Nebraska Ethanol Board, National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition, and an advisor to the Governors' Ethanol Coalition.
